My Story
I'm Isabel, a 29-year-old mom from Texas and the owner of Hello Mieka, a faith-driven short-term rental and cleaning company. I studied cybersecurity, but when my daughter Kahlani was diagnosed with cancer at age 2, I needed the flexibility to care for her. That’s when God led me to short-term rentals—and I fell in love with hospitality and the peace that cleaning brought me.
What started with managing a friend’s fourplex turned into a thriving business built on word of mouth. At Hello Mieka, our mission is to create welcoming, peaceful spaces—because not everyone travels for vacation. Sometimes life brings you away from home, and we’re here to make sure you still feel at home.
